Vivakor expands recurring revenue opportunities to $420 million with a new WTI crude oil supply agreement starting in 2026.
Vivakor Inc. (NASDAQ:VIVK) announced a new crude oil transaction at the Cushing terminal, boosting its annualized contracted revenue opportunities to $420 million. The deal covers 100,000 barrels of WTI crude oil monthly from August 2026 to July 2027, generating an estimated $7.5 million per month or $90 million annually.
The agreement strengthens Vivakor’s presence in Cushing, a key North American trading hub, and aligns with its goal of exceeding $1 billion in annualized commercial activity. Since early 2026, the company has secured multiple recurring crude oil supply deals across Cushing, the Bakken, and the Permian Basin.
Vivakor noted that actual revenue recognition will depend on market conditions, pricing, and transaction structures, as it operates as an intermediary in the physical commodity supply chain.
