Accounting firm S&W strengthens its London tax team with a new partner to bolster cross-border advisory services for mid-market clients.
UK-based accounting and advisory firm S&W has appointed Ben Sharpe as international tax partner in London. The move aligns with the company’s growth strategy to expand its international tax services for mid-market and global clients, according to the firm.
Sharpe, a corporate tax specialist with 15 years of experience, previously worked at PwC and EY, where he was promoted to partner last year. His expertise includes advising private equity-backed groups and multinational corporations on cross-border transactions and tax structuring.
In his new role, Sharpe will collaborate with S&W’s tax and advisory teams to enhance the firm’s international tax offerings. The appointment reflects rising demand for complex tax advisory amid evolving regulatory scrutiny.
