Silver explorer SIND priced 17.75 million shares at $12.00 each, debuting on the NYSE to fund Mexican mining operations.
Silver exploration and development company Sinda Ltd. (NYSE:SIND) completed its initial public offering, raising $213 million in gross proceeds. The company sold 17.75 million common shares at $12.00 per share, with trading commencing on June 26, 2026.
Sinda’s Mexican mining portfolio includes an estimated 369 million silver-equivalent ounces of Inferred Mineral Resources and 16 million silver-equivalent ounces of Indicated Mineral Resources. Exploration targets range from 452 million to 484 million silver-equivalent ounces. The SEC declared the registration statement effective on June 25, 2026.
Morgan Stanley, Scotiabank, and BMO Capital Markets served as joint lead book-running managers for the transaction, with Canaccord Genuity, Citigroup, and RBC Capital Markets as joint bookrunners.
