Rezenopy is the highest FDA-approved naloxone dose per nasal spray available in the U.S. The single-use nasal spray delivers 10 mg of naloxone hydrochloride and is intended for the emergency treatment of known or suspected opioid overdose. According to data cited by Scienture from IQVIA for the 12 months ended April 2026, annual U.S. naloxone sales totaled about $144 million, with unit volume reaching 9.8 million units.
