AI infrastructure firm SambaNova raises $1bn in Series F funding, lifting its valuation to $11bn amid strong investor demand.
SambaNova, a US-based AI hardware and software provider, has closed the first tranche of a $1bn Series F funding round, pushing its post-money valuation to $11bn. The round was led by General Atlantic, with participation from existing and new investors including BlackRock, Intel Capital, and the Qatar Investment Authority.
The company, founded in 2017, specializes in AI infrastructure and full-stack platforms for enterprise inference, serving global clients across industries. Its technology, centered on the Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit, enables rapid model switching and deployment. Prior funding rounds and investor interest reflect growing demand for AI-driven enterprise solutions.
SambaNova’s CEO highlighted the valuation as evidence of the critical role of fast inference in enterprise AI adoption. The funding will support expansion of its chips, systems, and cloud services for advanced AI workloads.
