Nurix Therapeutics secures $700 million upfront and up to $1.6 million in milestones for its BTK-degrading drug partnership.
Roche agreed to a $2.3 billion deal with Nurix Therapeutics for its BTK-degrading drug, bex-deg, including $700 million upfront. The agreement also includes up to $1.6 million in developmental, regulatory, and commercial milestones.
Nurix will retain a 50-50 profit split and royalties on sales outside the U.S. The deal follows Nurix’s recent rise in Relative Strength Rating to 83, reflecting improved price performance.
