Nurix will retain a 50-50 profit split and royalties on sales outside the U.S. The deal follows Nurix’s recent rise in Relative Strength Rating to 83, reflecting improved price performance.

Nurix Therapeutics stock surged past its 50-day moving average after the announcement.
