Private equity firm Quad-C backs Armstrong Transport Group, which expects annual revenue to exceed $2 billion after rapid growth.
Private equity firm Quad-C has made a strategic investment in Armstrong Transport Group, a North Carolina-based logistics provider. The deal provides capital to accelerate organic growth and acquisitions, though financial terms were not disclosed.
Armstrong, founded in 2006, has expanded rapidly, growing from $440 million in revenue over its first 13 years to over $850 million in 2023. The company now projects annual revenue will surpass $2 billion, driven by technology investments and market expansion.
Armstrong’s leadership team will retain significant ownership, with CEO Cameron Ramsdell citing Quad-C’s experience in transportation and logistics as a key factor in the partnership.
