The cloud-based construction management firm rolls out a unified data environment to streamline project workflows and enable AI-driven decision-making.

Procore Technologies (NYSE:PCOR) unveiled its connected Common Data Environment (CDE), a single-platform solution designed to unify and verify project data from design to handover. The tool aims to reduce costly delays by capturing real-time evidence and aligning digital records with on-site realities, enabling agentic AI integration across the construction lifecycle.

The platform, tailored for European market requirements, will first launch in the UK and Ireland before expanding across EMEA. A localized UK Data Zone is now available, with a dedicated EU Data Zone expected in fall 2026. The move targets fragmented data issues that have hindered decision-making in top-performing construction firms.

Procore’s cloud-based construction management software serves as the foundation for the CDE, positioning the company to address inefficiencies in project data handling. The rollout follows growing demand for AI-enabled workflows in the sector.
