Nvidia’s public equity portfolio allocates 88% of its holdings to three AI-focused stocks: SpaceX, CoreWeave, and Intel. The semiconductor giant’s investment reflects its bet on companies capitalizing on the AI boom beyond its core GPU business.

SpaceX, which accounts for 33.1% of Nvidia’s portfolio, reported $2.6 billion in AI revenue for Q2, a 247.5% year-over-year increase. The company’s total revenue rose 92% to $7.8 billion, with AI growth outpacing other segments. SpaceX projects $1 trillion in revenue by 2030, driven partly by AI expansion.

Nvidia’s portfolio concentration underscores its confidence in these firms’ AI capabilities, though the strategy carries risks tied to sector-specific volatility.
