Nvidia increases CoreWeave stake to 47.2 million shares
Nvidia has increased its stake in CoreWeave to 47.2 million shares valued at $3.66 billion, owning approximately 11% of the company.
The investment is part of Nvidia’s strategic plan to invest across the AI supply chain, including positions in Synopsys, Nokia, Coherent, and Nebius.
CoreWeave has signed major deals totaling $21 billion with Meta and a $6 billion platform commitment from Jane Street, as well as multibillion-dollar agreements with Anthropic and Perplexity AI for AI infrastructure and inference workloads.
Nvidia’s total investment portfolio is valued at $215.9 billion, with the company focusing on investing in AI ecosystem providers to ensure they have the capital to build data centers and deploy Nvidia hardware at scale.
