National Vision posted a 6.6% year-over-year increase in Q1 2026 net revenue to $544 million, with adjusted EPS climbing to $0.45 from $0.34. Adjusted operating margin expanded to 10.2% from 8.0% in the prior-year period, supported by higher average ticket sales and a shift toward managed care and premium products.
The company cited strong demand for smart glasses and progressive lenses, though traffic remained slightly down. Comparable store sales rose 4.5%, aligning with growth trends. Management reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 outlook, projecting revenue of $2.03 billion to $2.09 billion and 3% to 6% comparable-store sales growth.
Despite temporary headwinds from a website replatforming and macroeconomic pressures, executives expressed confidence in the company’s full-year strategy, highlighting progress in its transformation plan.
