Nadara has completed a €1.2bn ($1.36bn) refinancing for its European renewable energy portfolio, covering 47 wind and solar plants with 1.5GW of installed capacity. The deal spans seven countries, including Finland, France, and the UK, and aims to strengthen the company’s financial position for future growth.
The transaction refinances existing assets and creates a scalable platform for Nadara’s multi-technology portfolio. The company highlighted the portfolio’s geographic and technological diversity, contracted revenues, and operational expertise as key advantages.
Nadara’s CFO called the refinancing a landmark moment, enabling capital to be redirected toward new clean energy projects. The move aligns with Europe’s push toward net-zero emissions and electrification.
