Adjusted EBITDA rose 24.3% to $107.4 million as pricing and cost controls offset residential demand weakness.
Mueller Water Products reported record third-quarter results, with net sales up 4.1% to $395.9 million and adjusted EBITDA climbing 24.3% to $107.4 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin expanded 440 basis points to 27.1%, driven by pricing actions, tariff refunds, and municipal infrastructure demand.
The company’s Water Management Solutions segment saw sales grow 10.3% and adjusted EBITDA surge 43.6%, while Water Flow Solutions delivered record profitability despite slightly lower sales. Specialty valves remained the fastest-growing category, though residential construction weakness is expected to weigh on fourth-quarter performance.
Mueller raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $367 million–$372 million and expects free-cash-flow conversion above 70% of adjusted net income. Management cautioned that tariff-related benefits are exhausted and seasonal pressures may impact the next quarter.
