Element proposes $820M cash acquisition of FleetPartners
Element Fleet Management has submitted a non-binding proposal to acquire FleetPartners Group for $3.80 per share in cash.
The offer values FleetPartners’ equity at about $820M, representing a 34.3% premium to the target’s undisturbed share price.
The acquisition aims to expand Element’s presence in Australia and New Zealand
