The IPO priced at the midpoint of its $24 to $26 range, reflecting investor demand. Lime’s post-IPO market capitalization stands at $1.63 billion, based on 65.1 million shares outstanding. The company reported 29% top-line growth in 2025 and free cash flow positivity over the past three years.

Lime operates in over 230 cities across five continents, offering e-bikes and e-scooters. The stock rose roughly 10% in early trading, signaling initial market optimism.
