Leifras buys Swift Japan for ¥454.6M
Leifras signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Swift Japan for approximately ¥454.6M.
The transaction is expected to close on July 1, 2026, expanding Leifras’ reach into early-childhood education.
This acquisition allows Leifras to engage children from infancy through its existing services.
