Heather Hoytink joins Hershey from PepsiCo to lead US operations, aiming to accelerate growth under a unified commercial model.
Hershey has appointed Heather Hoytink as president of its US business, effective 8 July. Hoytink, formerly PepsiCo’s senior vice president and chief commercial officer for out-of-home beverages, will oversee the Reese’s and SkinnyPop brands. Her appointment follows Andrew Archambault’s departure in May to join Nutrabolt as president and COO.
Hoytink joins under CEO Kirk Tanner, another PepsiCo alumnus, who took the helm in August 2023. Tanner cited her experience in scaling operations and driving growth as key to Hershey’s US strategy. Earlier this year, Hershey restructured its US commercial model to integrate snacks and confectionery marketing.
In her new role, Hoytink will focus on a “one Hershey” approach across retail, foodservice, and digital channels. She described Hershey’s foundation as primed for expansion, aligning with Tanner’s growth objectives.
