Flag Ship Acquisition is prioritizing investments in AI compute infrastructure and aircraft engines to generate steady cash flow. The company expects AI-related assets, particularly those involving NVIDIA chips, to deliver 17%-20% annualized yields, potentially becoming its largest business segment. Its five aircraft engines currently yield about 15% annually.

The firm has largely exited digital assets, holding $62.5 million in cash as of April 30. It repurchased over 7.1 million shares in the first quarter and aims to achieve cash-flow positivity within the next 12 months. Tokenization remains a longer-term option rather than an immediate focus.

Management emphasized acquiring assets with durable demand to generate yield and reinvest returns, positioning tokenization as a secondary opportunity.
