Regaining compliance removes a delisting risk and lets management refocus on product expansion and shareholder returns.
Femasys Inc. (FEMY) has met Nasdaq’s minimum bid price rule, lifting a compliance cloud from the stock. The company’s shares last traded at $3.96, down 1.28% on the session.
The requirement had been a key overhang since Nasdaq notified Femasys of the deficiency. With the issue resolved, CEO Kathy Lee-Sepsick said the firm will prioritize scaling its reproductive-health portfolio and driving long-term value.
No immediate market reaction was disclosed beyond the modest intraday decline.
