Dell Technologies issued $3 billion in senior unsecured notes across three tranches maturing in 2031, 2034, and 2037, with interest rates of 4.750%, 5.000%, and 5.250%, respectively. The notes, priced below face value, will support general corporate purposes, including potential debt repayment.

Goldman Sachs recently revised its AI server market forecast to $1.24 trillion by 2030, up from $961 billion, citing strong demand. Dell gained market share in both AI and traditional server segments, driven by neo-cloud providers and enterprise customers.

The offering reflects Dell’s strategy to optimize its balance sheet amid growing AI-driven opportunities in the server market.
