US stock index futures edged lower early Tuesday after the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at a record 52,000 on Monday. The shift follows mixed corporate updates ahead of the session’s open.

Concentrix reduced its fiscal 2026 revenue-growth expectations due to client-driven offshoring and discrete spending pullbacks, prompting a lowered full-year outlook. Sable Offshore’s $100 million stock offering and $300 million in convertible notes, alongside a new term loan, aim to repay its Exxon Mobil debt but sparked a 40% stock decline.

Amazon’s July Fourth promotions for Prime members, including fuel and grocery discounts, follow its rise as the largest US retailer, aiming to boost engagement amid competitive retail pressures.
