Cloudflare announced a collaboration with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge to create a privacy-preserving protocol for verifying non-malicious traffic. The initiative targets standardization to enhance security and user privacy across the web.

The move follows a recent price target upgrade by Morgan Stanley, which raised its target on NET to $305 from $245 while maintaining an Overweight rating. Analysts cited expectations for improved margin clarity and growth in Edge AI and the Agentic Web.

Shares of Cloudflare, a provider of cloud-based security and performance services, have been trending as a key AI-related stock for 2026. The company’s platform supports video streaming, advanced security, and developer tools.
