CBRE beats Q2 Non-GAAP EPS estimates
CBRE reported Q2 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.56, beating estimates by $0.09. Revenue was $11.2B, a 14.9% year-over-year increase, but missed expectations by $80M.
The company’s Resilient Businesses revenue rose 15% year-over-year, while Transactional Businesses revenue increased 19% year-over-year. Cash flow from operations was nearly $1.4B, with trailing 12-month free cash flow at nearly $1.7B.
CBRE raised its 2026 Core EPS outlook to $7.80-$7.90 from $7.60-$7.80, representing 23% growth at the midpoint. This compares to a consensus estimate of $7.73.
