Keppel REIT posted a 16.7% year-over-year increase in 1H property income to $159.3M, driven by higher occupancy and rental reversions. Net property income climbed 13.1% to $122.5M over the same period.

Aggregate leverage tightened to 40.0% as of June 30, 2026, from 40.6% at the end of 2025. The trust also agreed to sell its Tokyo office building, KR Ginza II, for $90.9 million, reflecting a 9.7% premium over valuation.

The transaction, valued at JPY 11.52 billion, is expected to further strengthen the trust’s balance sheet.
