Booz Allen Hamilton reported Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $1.78, surpassing estimates by $0.44, while revenue dropped 6.4 percent year-over-year to $2.78 billion, missing expectations by $90 million.
Adjusted EBITDA fell 2.2 percent to $309 million, though margins improved by 50 basis points to 11.1 percent. Free cash flow rose to $212 million from $194 million in the prior year, and total backlog grew 3.1 percent to $38 billion.
The company initiated FY27 guidance, targeting revenue of $11.54 billion and non-GAAP EPS of $6.25, aligning with consensus estimates.
