BioMarin Pharmaceutical reported Q1 2026 revenues of $766 million, driven by the acquisition of Amicus Therapeutics and expanded portfolio products. The company raised its full-year revenue guidance to $3.825-$3.925 billion, reflecting 20% year-over-year growth.

Prior guidance was not disclosed, but the update follows steady growth in enzyme therapies and increased VOXZOGO treatments for children. The FDA also approved PALYNZIQ for adolescents and accepted an sNDA for VOXZOGO’s full approval.

BioMarin secured $3.7 billion in debt to fund the Amicus deal while maintaining $221 million in operating cash flow. Cash reserves stand at $2 billion, supporting pipeline advancements and commercial scaling.
