The position, initially worth $22.9 billion, is now valued at $7.3 billion as the average share price fell from $75.49 to $23.52.
The investment reflects Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger’s long-term holding strategy, with no adjustments to the share count. Kraft Heinz recently announced a restructuring to consolidate operations into three regions, aiming to streamline business efficiency.
KHC shares currently offer a 6.75% dividend yield, though analysts note potential headwinds in the food sector compared to high-growth areas like AI.
