Bending Spoons, the parent company of AOL, Vimeo, and Eventbrite, has filed for a U.S. initial public offering expected as early as this summer. The Milan-based firm specializes in acquiring underperforming but well-known digital businesses and software platforms.
The company has not disclosed the targeted valuation or share price range. Bending Spoons previously raised private funding but has not publicly reported revenue or profitability metrics for its portfolio brands. Its strategy focuses on reviving stagnant digital assets through operational restructuring.
