The Canadian junior miner plans to issue up to 2.5M units at $0.30 each to fund corporate activities and an oil and gas acquisition.
Wilton Resources (WIL:CA) announced a non-brokered private placement of 1M to 2.5M units at $0.30 per unit, aiming to raise between $300,000 and $750,000. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant, exercisable at $0.35 per share for 24 months.
Proceeds will support general corporate purposes and the acquisition of an international oil and gas property. The company expects the offering to close by August 31, 2026, pending regulatory approvals.
