Azitra announced it has regained compliance with all NYSE American continued listing standards, addressing previously disclosed deficiencies under Sections 1003(a)(ii) and 1003(a)(iii). The company received formal notification from NYSE Regulation on August 19, confirming the resolution.

The biotech firm had faced potential delisting risks after failing to meet certain financial and operational benchmarks. Regaining compliance removes Azitra from the exchange’s list of noncompliant issuers, a move that typically reduces investor uncertainty.

Shares rose 1.2% following the announcement, reflecting modest relief among traders over the avoided regulatory risk.
