The satellite firm posted $31.5 million in Q2 revenue, missing estimates, but maintained its $150 million to $200 million full-year guidance.
AST SpaceMobile reported Q2 2026 revenue of $31.5 million, below the $34.5 million analyst consensus, while reaffirming its full-year revenue guidance of $150 million to $200 million. The shortfall was attributed to timing of gateway deliveries and milestone progress on U.S. government contracts.
Net loss widened to $230.9 million, or 77 cents per share, from $99.4 million, or 41 cents per share, in the same period last year. Operating expenses surged to $329.1 million, driven partly by a $125.9 million loss on involuntary conversion.
The company highlighted a $1.3 billion revenue backlog, including contracts with commercial and government customers, and noted over $125 million in cumulative government funding for national-security projects.
