Disappointing pipeline results for a key drug led to a pullback in REGN shares, trimming its market cap to $69.66 billion.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (REGN) closed at $664.52 on July 10, 2026, down after a failed clinical trial for a pipeline drug. The setback reduced its market capitalization to $69.66 billion, despite strong performance from its flagship Dupixent and stabilized Eylea sales.

The company had three critical pipeline readouts expected within 18 months, but only one succeeded, falling short of investor expectations. Shares had gained 16.46% over the past year but posted an 8.06% one-month return amid pipeline concerns.

Longleaf Partners Fund trimmed its REGN position earlier this year as market optimism over pipeline prospects waned.
