Zeta Global reported Q2 revenue of $443 million, up 44% year-over-year, and raised its full-year guidance across key metrics.

Zeta Global (NYSE:ZETA) reported second-quarter revenue of $443 million, a 44% increase from the prior year, driven by strong demand for its AI-powered marketing platform. Adjusted EBITDA rose 56% to $92 million, with margins expanding 170 basis points to 20.7%. The company also returned to GAAP profitability, posting net income of $8.2 million, or $0.03 per share, compared with a $12.8 million loss a year earlier.

The results marked the 20th consecutive quarter of beating and raising guidance. Free cash flow reached $58 million, up 73% year-over-year. Zeta raised its full-year revenue outlook to $1.818 billion, adjusted EBITDA guidance to $405 million, and free cash flow guidance to $255 million, while setting GAAP EPS guidance at $0.10 at the midpoint.

Growth was fueled by enterprise adoption of its Athena AI platform and expansion into business intelligence, alongside partnerships with OpenAI, Snowflake, and Palantir. The company highlighted stronger retention and faster growth among AI-focused users.
