Zacatecas Silver Corp (ZAC:CA) has launched a non-brokered private placement to raise up to C$2.5M. The funds will primarily support the company’s first diamond drill program at the Oso Negro project in Sonora, Mexico, pending permit approval.
The offering consists of units priced at C$0.07 each, with each unit including one common share and one warrant. Warrants are exercisable at C$0.09 per share for two years. Additional proceeds will be allocated to exploration at six other Mexican projects and general working capital.
