Yum China reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.70, beating estimates by $0.03, as revenue rose 10.7% year-over-year to $3.1 billion. The top line surpassed expectations by $50M, supported by broad-based growth across its portfolio.

Total system sales, excluding foreign currency effects, increased 6% year-over-year, while same-store sales grew 1% over the same period. The company cited resilient consumer demand and operational improvements as key drivers of performance.

Shares showed muted reaction in after-hours trading as investors digested the results against a backdrop of macroeconomic uncertainty.
