Standard Chartered’s $8 billion forecast for XRP ETFs now requires $6.49 billion in inflows over the next three months.
XRP exchange-traded funds saw inflows of $27.29 million in July, a 96% drop from $666.61 million in their November 2025 debut. The funds remain $6.5 billion short of Standard Chartered’s $8 billion first-year target.
Cumulative inflows reached $1.51 billion, surpassing the $1.15 billion trigger for the bank’s price forecast, but the firm cut its year-end XRP prediction by 65% to $2.80. XRP ETFs were the fastest to hit $1 billion after Bitcoin but have since slowed sharply.
To meet the $8 billion projection, inflows must average $2.2 billion monthly through November 13. XRP’s price has fallen 46% since January 2026, reflecting weaker demand.
