XNDU partners with Yorkville Advisors to sell up to $300M in shares without a traditional underwritten offering.
Xanadu Quantum Technologies (Nasdaq: XNDU) has established an at-the-market (ATM) equity program allowing it to sell up to $300M in shares to Yorkville Advisors. The facility provides flexibility to issue shares as needed without obligation.
The move follows a growing trend of companies opting for ATM programs to raise capital efficiently. Prior to this, XNDU had not disclosed a comparable equity facility, though similar programs are common among small-cap and growth stocks.
Shares of XNDU rose following the announcement, reflecting investor interest in the company’s liquidity strategy.
