Worldline revised its 2026 revenue growth forecast to flat or marginally positive, abandoning earlier expectations of low single-digit growth. The company cited delays in bank contract awards as a key factor slowing its recovery from recent setbacks, including profit warnings and customer losses.

Second-quarter revenue remained unchanged year-on-year, following seven consecutive quarters of declines. CEO Pierre-Antoine Vacheron attributed the sluggish recovery to banks hesitating to commit to new contracts amid Worldline’s 2025 challenges, though he expects improvement in the second half.

Worldline has struggled with organic revenue growth since late 2024, facing allegations of money laundering and a sharp share price decline. Major shareholders, including Credit Agricole and BNP Paribas, continue to back the firm’s turnaround efforts.
