Worldcoin’s $WLD token climbed to $0.35, surpassing its recent $0.27 over-the-counter insider floor. The rally follows the project’s shift toward direct monetization through enterprise partnerships with platforms like Tinder, Zoom, and DocuSign, positioning itself as a human verification layer against AI deepfakes.

Despite the pivot, Worldcoin’s $3.5 billion fully diluted valuation faces scrutiny. A bottom-up fee model projects $28.2 million in annual gross fees under optimal adoption, implying a steep multiple. The circulating market cap stands at $1.2 billion, with 6.6 billion tokens yet to be unlocked or emitted.

Unlike competitors generating visible on-chain fees, WLD’s valuation relies on future projections rather than current revenue.
