The timber REIT raised its adjusted EBITDA guidance for Strategic Land Solutions while pushing back a key project start to early 2027.

Weyerhaeuser increased its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance for Strategic Land Solutions to approximately $450M, up from prior expectations. The company also announced plans to begin operations at its Monticello facility in the first half of 2027, a slight delay from earlier projections.

In Q2 2026, Weyerhaeuser reported GAAP earnings of $162 million, or $0.23 per diluted share, on net sales of $1.9 billion. The results reflect ongoing strength in its land and timber segments amid steady demand.

Management attributed the improved outlook to better-than-expected land sales and operational efficiencies, though the Monticello timeline adjustment suggests cautious execution on new capacity.
