Michael Saylor-led Strategy (Nasdaq: MSTR), formerly MicroStrategy, has now turned back on its long history of weekly Bitcoin (BTC) accumulations.
The company has sold Bitcoin twice this year for the first time after 2022: – 32 Bitcoin for around $2.5 million during May 26-31 – 3,588 BTC for $216 million during June 29-July 5 It has similarly sold its common MSTR shares two times in a row to boost cash reserve: – Shares worth $466.7 million to grow cash reserve to $3 billion during July 6-12 – Shares worth $263.5 million to grow cash reserve to $3.225 billion during July 13-19 Within a span of a year, the MSTR stock has lost more than 75% of its value

Riley Securities Inc., grant a buy or an equivalent rating to Strategy. Three analysts have granted a hold and one analyst a sell rating to the company’s stock.
As the MSTR stock closed at $100.01 on July 22, a one-year price target of about $275 indicates an upside of around 170%. As per the report, Wall Street analysts have bullish calls on Strategy because they expect the company’s financial model can continue to raise capital and a rebound in Bitcoin would restore the premium investors once assigned to its shares. However, the average price target has fallen from above $460 at the start of the year.
