VIVK and MTWO enter 30-day talks to combine commodities trading and critical minerals operations amid U.S. supply chain focus.

Vivakor Inc. (NASDAQ:VIVK) and M2i Global Inc. (OTCQB:MTWO) signed a non-binding indication of interest to explore a potential business combination. The deal aims to merge Vivakor’s commodities marketing and remediation with M2i’s critical minerals platform, including a federally sited repository initiative and offtake relationships.

Negotiations will span 30 days, focusing on valuation, structure, and management. The proposed equity-exchange acquisition remains subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, and regulatory approvals. Alternative transaction structures are still under consideration.

A combined entity would target $1.5 billion in annual platform revenue, supporting U.S. defense and critical mineral supply chains. The companies may extend talks or discontinue discussions after the initial period.
