Net income attributable to the company totaled $49 million, while adjusted EBITDA was $116 million, reflecting a 12.1% margin. Operating cash flow stood at $37 million, with adjusted free cash flow at $20 million.

The company highlighted a strong balance sheet, ending the quarter with $351 million in net cash. New business wins worth $2.0 billion were announced, supporting long-term growth objectives.
