Versant Media Group increased its 2026 revenue outlook to $6.2 billion-$6.45 billion and adjusted EBITDA to $1.9 billion-$2.05 billion, up from prior guidance. The revision follows stronger-than-expected performance in digital brands like Fandango and GolfNow, alongside robust advertising demand.

The company reported Q2 earnings per share of $1.49, surpassing the $1.35 estimate, while revenue reached $1.64 billion against $1.62 billion expected. Linear TV revenue fell 6.3% to $954 million due to subscriber declines, though live sports and news continued to attract viewers and ad dollars.

Shares rose 13% following the announcement, reflecting investor confidence in Versant’s transition as a standalone public company post-spinoff from Comcast’s NBCUniversal earlier this year.
