Venture Global lifted its 2026 adjusted EBITDA forecast to $8.2 billion-$8.5 billion from $5.2 billion-$5.8 billion after a robust first quarter. Revenue reached $4.6 billion, while net income climbed to $488 million, driven by higher LNG sales volumes and new contracts.

The company now holds over 52 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) in long- and medium-term contracts, equating to a $137 billion revenue backlog. Recent deals with Trafigura, Vitol, Hanwha Aerospace, and TotalEnergies supported the growth.

Venture Global is advancing major projects, including CP2 Phase II and expansions at CP2 and Plaquemines, targeting first LNG from CP2 in the second half of 2027. The company also emphasized debt reduction and capital structure simplification.
