VanEck has introduced the first U.S. spot BNB exchange-traded fund, trading on Nasdaq under the ticker VBNB. The fund charges a 0.39% sponsor fee and holds BNB in cold storage through custodian Anchorage Digital Bank.

The ETF allows investors to gain exposure to BNB without directly purchasing or storing the token. BNB Chain, the underlying network, processes over 14 million daily transactions and supports 2.5 million daily active users, with $16 billion in stablecoins and $3.6 billion in tokenized real-world assets.

This launch expands VanEck’s crypto ETF offerings, following prior spot Bitcoin and Ethereum products.
