Valley National prices $500 million subordinated notes due 2036
Valley National Bancorp issued $500 million of fixed-to-floating rate subordinated notes.
The notes have a fixed interest rate of 6.219% until June 1, 2031.
After this date, the rate will float at a spread of 243 basis points.
