US Treasury yields are increasing ahead of the US CPI report, with 10-year yields reaching 4.63%, the highest since May.

The rise in yields is attributed to renewed inflation fears, which are shifting the Fed outlook.

The 30-year yield has also risen, touching 5.11% and increasing nearly 30 bps from three weeks ago, while the 2-year yield has reached 4.29%, its highest since February 2025, as traders price in a 25 bps rate hike by September.
