US stock futures advanced early Monday, with tech and hardware sectors driving gains after a record-setting week. S&P 500 futures rose 0.5%, while Nasdaq 100 futures jumped 1.4%, though Dow futures traded flat.

Last week, the Dow climbed nearly 2%, closing just below 53,000, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite both gained around 2%. The first half of the year saw strong performance, fueling optimism for Q3 despite a late-June pullback in semiconductor stocks like Micron Technology, which fell 19%.

Analysts remain bullish, citing earnings growth and liquidity as key drivers. JPMorgan raised its year-end S&P 500 target to 7,800, though concerns persist over AI stock concentration levels.
