Diplomatic progress between the US and Iran lifts equity futures as investors reduce risk exposure amid geopolitical uncertainty.

US stock futures rose in early European trading Tuesday, led by gains in the Nasdaq 100, as diplomatic efforts eased Middle East tensions. Dow Jones futures added 0.29% to 52,220, while S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures advanced 0.44% and 1.12%, respectively.

The rebound follows a weak session Monday, where the Dow dropped 0.59%, the S&P 500 lost 0.19%, and the Nasdaq Composite edged down 0.05%. Rising Treasury yields and surging oil prices had stoked inflation fears, pressuring equities.

Investors now await corporate earnings from Charles Schwab, Chubb, Danaher, General Motors, and 3M later Tuesday. Diplomatic signals, including potential ceasefire talks, overshadowed military buildup in the region.
